This policy applies to training courses delivered by Healthy Streets Ltd in Australia in 2020 promoted through Eventbrite.

Healthy Streets Ltd reserves the right to:

  • Cancel/alter the scheduled dates for this course if minimum attendance numbers are not reached.
  • Change the location of the course

If this course is cancelled or rescheduled Healthy Streets Ltd will notify registered attendees via email, prior to the course start date to refund in full the course fee. If your payment is received after maximum numbers are reached, Healthy Streets Ltd will contact you and a full refund will be made. 

Cancellations by Participants

If you are unable to attend, a substitute participant may be sent as a replacement (subject to approval). 

If you wish to cancel more than 30 working days before the start of the course we will refund the cost of the ticket minus 50%. 

If you wish to cancel less than 30 working days before the start of the course or after the course has started no ticket costs will be refunded. 

All cancellations or substitutions must be notified in writing to Healthy Streets Ltd by emailing training@healthystreets.com

This course requires a minimum number of participants and the event has been scheduled on the basis of bookings.  As such, cancellations will not be allowed where the cancellation will result in attendees being less than the minimum attendance requirements. Tickets may be transferred to other named participants but may not be re-sold for profit. 

Non-attendance

Non-attendance on the course due to illness, or for personal or professional reasons does not provide the right to refunds, or a transfer to another course.
